Each day our Parapan Am Games field reporters Jacqueline Doorey and Caroline Calve will go behind the scenes and reveal new and cool things they've learned.
Here's what Jackie and Caro discovered:
1. Swimmer Nicolas Turbine won a gold medal in 200-metre individual medley. The medal didn't surprise him, but his time did. Turbide beat his personal best by four seconds and set a Parapan Am record.
2. In sitting volleyball, you're allowed to block a serve. You also need to have your torso touching the floor at all times or else it's a violation.

3. Powerlifting is one minute of crazy intensity! Even if it seems like a powerlifter made the lift, the athlete needs to execute with a certain technique for it to count.
4. The Parapan Am Games has the BEST playlist. It doesn't matter what sport your watching — every time a play stops, it's a party.
5. In boccia, the white ball you hit is called a jack. And 75 per cent of what boccia players practise is their first throw — that throw sets the tone of their match.
6. Canada's women's sitting volleyball team is "re-debuting" at TO2015. The team hasn't gone to a major tournament in a few years and has a lot of new talent. Go watch their matches at the Parapam Am Aquatic Centre!
